3. DAVID F. MARKS was born in Hampshire, England and lives in Provence-Alpes-Côte d′Azur, France. Together with his mom, Mary D Marks, David was a founding member of the Marketing campaign of Nuclear Disarmament and attended Aldermaston Marches within the Nineteen Sixties. After college in Portsmouth, David studied on the College of Studying to graduate for a BSc Honours diploma in Psychology and on the College of Sheffield for a PhD.  In 1970 David went to New Zealand to work on the College of Otago. He’s a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, the Canadian Psychological Affiliation and the Academy of Social Sciences. In 2017, he was elected an Honorary Fellow of the British Psychological Society for his progressive qualitative and community-based analysis.
