Terence Ball obtained his Ph.D. from the College of California at Berkeley and teaches political idea at Arizona State College. He taught beforehand at the College of Minnesota and has held visiting professorships at Oxford College, Cambridge College, and the College of California, San Diego. His books embody Remodeling Political Discourse (Blackwell, 1988), Reappraising Political Concept (Oxford College Press, 1995), and a thriller novel, Rousseau’s Ghost (SUNY Press, 1998).

Richard Dagger earned his Ph.D. from the College of Minnesota and has taught at Arizona State College and Rhodes Faculty, and is now professor of political science at the College of Richmond. He has been a school fellow of the Heart for Ethics and Public Affairs, Tulane College, and is the writer of many publications in political and authorized philosophy, together with Civic Virtues: Rights, Citizenship, and Republican Liberalism (Oxford College Press, 1997).

Daniel I. O’Neill holds a Ph.D. from the College of California at Los Angeles and is now Affiliate Professor of Political Science at the College of Florida. He’s the writer of The Burke-Wollstonecraft Debate: Savagery, Civilization, and Democracy (Penn State College Press, 2007) and coeditor of Phantasm of Consent: Participating with Carole Pateman (Penn State College Press, 2008).
