Richard A. Mann, J.D. acquired a B.S. in Arithmetic from the College of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Yale Law College. He’s professor of Business Law emeritus at the Kenan-Flagler College of Business, College of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is previous president of the Southeastern Regional Business Law Affiliation. Professor Mann is a member of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, and the North Carolina Bar (inactive). He has written extensively, protecting a quantity of authorized subjects, together with chapter, gross sales, secured transactions, actual property, insurance coverage regulation, and enterprise associations. Professor Mann has acquired the American Business Law Journal’s award each for the finest article and for the finest remark and, as well as, has served as a reviewer and workers editor for the publication. Professor Mann is a co-creator of SMITH & ROBERSON’S BUSINESS LAW, BUSINESS LAW AND THE REGULATION OF BUSINESS, ESSENTIALS OF BUSINESS LAW AND THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT, and CONTEMPORARY BUSINESS LAW.
Barry S. Roberts, J.D., LL.M., acquired a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State College, a J.D. from the College of Pennsylvania, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law College. He served as a judicial clerk for the Pennsylvania Supreme Courtroom previous to training regulation in Pittsburgh. Professor Roberts is professor emeritus of Business Law at the Kenan-Flagler College of Business, College of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a member of Who’s Who in American Law and the North Carolina and Pennsylvania Bars (inactive). He has written quite a few articles on such subjects as antitrust, merchandise legal responsibility, constitutional regulation, banking regulation, employment regulation, and enterprise associations. Professor Roberts has been a reviewer and workers editor for the American Business Law Journal. He’s a co-creator of SMITH & ROBERSON’S BUSINESS LAW, BUSINESS LAW AND THE REGULATION OF BUSINESS, ESSENTIALS OF BUSINESS LAW AND THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT, and CONTEMPORARY BUSINESS LAW.
