   Dr. Herbert Mayo taught full time for more than 50 years, most recently at The College of New Jersey, where he served as director of accreditation as well as professor. Dr. Mayo earned his Ph.D. from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
