Deborah Harley-McClaskey, Ed. D., is an Affiliate Professor within the Division of Instructing and Studying within the Faculty of Training at East Tennessee State College. For greater than 30 years, she has led college departments, and served on boards of nonprofits, in addition to directed service-learning coalitions and neighborhood management applications. For the final 15 years she developed, coordinated, and taught within the Interdisciplinary Minor in Management at ETSU. She infused management into the undergraduate curriculum within the Faculty of Training. She taught within the Human Companies program and developed programs for the Tennessee Regents Diploma graduate program in Strategic Management. Her analysis pursuits embrace management assessments and the event and outcomes of youth management applications. She gives management coaching for a lot of nonprofits within the surrounding neighborhood. She is a management advisor for Pal’s Enterprise Excellence Institute in addition to the FranklinCovey Group — designing management studying experiences for native, nationwide, and worldwide organizations, coaching management groups in addition to worker teams. She holds a doctorate in academic management and coverage evaluation from ETSU and masters and bachelor’s levels from the College of South Florida.
