S. Rajasekar obtained his B.Sc.and M.Sc. in Physics every from St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirapalli. He was awarded his Ph.D. diploma from Bharathidasan School in 1992 beneath the supervision of Prof. M. Lakshmanan. In 1993, he joined as a Lecturer on the Division of Physics, Manonmaniam Sundaranar School, Tirunelveli.
