Concerning the Creator
Dr. Michael C. Braswell is Professor Emeritus of the Division of Felony Justice and Criminology of East Tennessee State College (ETSU). Braswell obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mercer College in 1969, his Grasp of Arts in Psychology from the State College of West Georgia in 1970, his Ed.S. in Rehabilitation/Correctional Counseling from the College of Georgia in 1973, and his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the College of Southern Mississippi in 1975. He joined the Division of Felony Justice and Criminology at ETSU in 1977, the place he taught lessons on Ethics and Justice, Human Relations and Felony Justice, and Movie Research in Crime and Justice.
Dr. Belinda L. McCarthy is Professor of Counseling, Management, and Particular Training at Missouri State College. Her PhD is in Felony Justice from SUNY Albany.
